Born In Panama City, Panama raised in Miami, FL Thomas J Murrell (He/Him) is a bodybuilder/Personal Trainer and the 2016 Transfitcon Champion. He has a Bachelor’s in Physical fitness with a track in Sports and fitness. He is now the owner of 3TFitnessLifestyle, a personal training company that helps people get into fitness as a lifestyle. He has been the subject in Documentaries such as “My Trans life” and “Manmade”. He is currently serving as facilitator of the trans group called Transcend and on the board of yes. He continues his support to his community and giving a voice to trans-male community.
