Taylor Edelmann

Harm Reductionist & Former Trans Athlete

Taylor Edelmann (he/him) is a dad, husband, former NCAA trans athlete and current harm reductionist. He resides in CT with his with his wife, children and three cats.

He has been featured in USA Today, Out Magazine, and Outsports, and most recently, on the Us & Them podcast to share his experience as one of the first out NCAA trans athletes in the country.

He currently works as the LGBTQIA+ Health & Harm Reduction Manager at the National Harm Reduction Coalition, an organization dedicated to health, dignity and rights of people who use drugs.

Taylor has spent the majority of his career creating better health outcomes for LGB/TGNCNBI people through the creation of peer support groups, trainings, direct service and other educational materials.
