As the program manager for Game Changing Men and owner of INNER-G Wellness Health LLC, Manëësh identifies as a transmasculine genderless person. In the field of being a program manager, Manëësh is data-driven, solution oriented and seeks the opportunity to build internal and external community bonds by bringing the vision of Game Changing Men to fruition. Through its numerous programs and projects, Manëësh has effectively entered the Alabama FCI prison to conduct a support group for transmasculine individuals that have been incarcerated and created a newsletter to gain an avenue into Georgia’s prison system. Assisting, collaborating, and hosting transmasculine support meetings state to state in the deep south through the Real Talk program, Manëësh has been able to create a safe space for transmen, transmasc and AFAB persons to feel free enough to voice their concerns, sexual traumas, and everyday vulnerabilities they wouldn’t otherwise share. Thus creating a space for safe non-toxic healing.

Being a 10 year Army Veteran and owner of the 3 tier business called INNER-G Wellness Health LLC, Manëësh’s philosophy is to heal from the inside to manifest healing on the outside. Service to family and community being the goal, INNER-G Wellness Health LLC focuses on herbal tea prevention, salves, candles and more for self-care relief. Administering affordable personal training in person, online or group sessions and spiritual Energetic Realignments using multiple tools of aligning and healing. Manëësh leads yoga sessions, engages in daily meditation and energetic or aura cleansing."
