E. Lee Dyer, IV, (He/Him/Kyng) affectionately known as Lee, is a New Orleans native currently based in Virginia. He is a dynamic speaker, DEI strategist, inclusion trainer, professional development coach, higher education director, unapologetically Black and Trans. Mr. Dyer is the Executive Director of Brothers Obtaining and Navigating Dynamic Solidarity (BONDS), a non-profit which focuses on leadership development for Transmen. He holds a Bachelor of Political Science from Dillard University and a Master of Public Administration from North Carolina Central University. Lee is a strong advocate for the Trans community and strives to build sustainable resources for marginalized communities.
